As B2B sales and marketing leaders look to onboard new reps faster, launch new products, reposition their company story, sell integrated solutions or cross-sell within the existing customer base, DSG’s playbook approach is an accelerator for enabling every sales channel.

about the role

DSG is looking for experienced consultative sellers who can help DSG scale its current momentum winning new clients in North America. We need target account executives with prior experience selling tech or services based solutions to senior sales and marketing executives in B2B companies.  Our ideal candidate excels in leading strategic sales conversations through video and in-person meetings, building relationships through business insight, and closing new business.


DSG provides Solution Consultants qualified leads through a marketing team and outreach program which are combined with the Solution Consultant’s outreach efforts including company research, email outreach, and social selling.  DSG’s marketing programs include online events, DSG “alumni” cultivation, account based marketing, email marketing campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Engaging target accounts within a defined territory (regional or named accounts)

  • Understanding each target account’s growth strategy and initiatives

  • Identifying and communicating how DSG can help that account implement their growth strategy and initiatives

  • Applying DSG’s proven strategies, processes and tools for leading sales conversations, sharing insights and client stories, managing opportunities, creating solution presentations, developing Statements of Work, and closing deals

  • Collaborating with DSG delivery consultants and the DSG leadership team on account strategy and joint selling conversations

  • Collaborating with BDRs on outreach campaigns

  • Utilizing for opportunity management, contact management, pipeline management and forecasting

what we're looking for
  • 2 – 5 years of proven consultative sales experience preferably in a B2B services, software, or otherwise consultative environment

  • Evidence of prior success in B2B selling including executive level relationships with mid-size to large organizations (e.g. CRO, CMO, business unit leaders, Presidents, etc.)

  • Evidence of operating as a team player who thrives in a high performance but collegial work environment

  • Strong demonstration of curiosity, executive presence and business acumen

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
